Mudgee Counselling

I practice Brief Therapy. This means I work with clients for weeks/months rather than years. I believe that if therapy is working well clients experience the positive changes they need pretty quickly. For people to initiate, then witness changes occurring in their lives is extremely empowering and drives them to keep going and move towards what they need instead. This is often a marvellous, life-changing experience.
