Anna Cavendish

Hello, I'm Anna Cavendish

Originally from the UK, I came to Australia many years ago, initially working within the psychiatric units of major Sydney hospitals, gaining further experience in rural and remote, community, crisis environments and later in private practice.

Over my 20 plus years as a therapist I have continued to gain valuable on-the-job experience from the large number of clients I've worked with on a huge range of issues. Also, I've continued to study and gain qualifications in a diverse range of counselling and psychotherapy modalities from some of the best teachers in the world.

Whatever issues you are facing, my aim is for therapy to relieve your distress in the most effective way possible.  Therapy is shown to change people's lives for the better.  I utilise my skills and experience in the best interests of my clients.
